About Reggio Kids Daycare

Led by Ilnaz, a mother of 8-year-old triplets with a passion for children, Reggio Kids Daycare offers a nurturing environment designed to foster the growth and development of children aged 18 months to school age. With over 15 years of experience as a Curriculum Developer & Education Specialist and early years teachers trainer, Ilnaz began her journey as an Art Specialist Teacher in Malaysia, conducted training in Singapore, and worked with Canadian families for one year. She has also authored educational books and is committed to nurturing wonder, curiosity, and capability in children, ensuring that learning, knowing, and understanding are embraced with joy and persistence.

Daily Schedule at Reggio Kids Daycare

Time	Activity
7:00 - 8:45 am	Arrival and free play.
8:45 am - 9:00 am	Clean up, diaper changes, and hand washing.
9:00 - 9:30 am	Snack time followed by hand washing.
9:30 - 10:30 am	Circle time and activities to help children express themselves in different ways as they develop their personality and learning experience through exploration.
10:30 - 10:45 am	Clean up and getting dressed.
10:45 - 12:00 pm	Skill-based and cognitive play/ Fresh air
12:00 - 12:15 pm	Play focused on learning emotions through songs, games, and activities.
12:15 - 1:00 pm	Lunch time
1:00 - 3:30 pm	Nap or quiet time
3:30 - 4:00 pm	Diaper changes and free play including activities focused on helping children express themselves in different ways as they develop their personality, learning experience, and exploration.
4:00 - 4:30 pm	Snack time.
4:30 - 5:30 pm	Fun play activities.
5:30 - 6:00 pm	Getting ready for pickup.

Children in diapers will be regularly checked throughout the day.

Please note: As children have 100 languages to communicate with the world, our schedule is designed to be flexible and may vary day to day to best support their individual needs and expressive abilities.

Ilnaz

I have been working as a Curriculum Developer & Education Specialist and early years teachers trainer with a focus on wonder, curiosity, and capability for children. For the past 15 years, I have gained extensive experience in education, beginning as an Art Specialist Teacher in Malaysia, then conducting training in Singapore, and subsequently working as a teachers trainer and author holding workshops to train teachers. Additionally, I am a member of the Book Writers Council and part of a group of authors at the World Children Research Institute, where I contribute to writing training books for teachers…

Lunch and Snack

Weekly Menu

Reggio Kids Day Care focuses on health and nutrition and provides the children with nutritious, home-cooked meals. A breakfast (morning snack), hot cooked lunch, and one snack are prepared and served to the children on a daily basis. For children who stay until 4 PM, one snack is provided, and for children who stay until 6 PM, two snacks are provided. We only provide the most nutritious and delicious healthy products and meal ideas for the children to enjoy, and our four-week menu is created with the Canadian Food Guide in mind.

“Please do not allow your child to bring any food or snacks to the center as some children may have allergies.”

We are a peanut free and pork free environment. Due to peanuts being a highly allergenic food, we have learned that even small traces of peanuts can be deadly to those who are allergic.

Please advise us upon registration of any food restrictions/allergies your child may have, so that we can try to provide a menu to fit your child’s food intake.
